Ex-Gratia case:

As per previous orders of the Court, the writ petition (Civil) No.739/2008 titled as RBI NEW DELHI OERS OPTEES & PENSIONERS' WELFARE ASSOCIATION & OTHERS Vs. Reserve Bank of India & ORS (PART HEARD) was listed at Serial No. 49 for hearing on 21st October 2011 in the High Court of Delhi, as a regular matter, before Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shri Sudershan Kumar Misra. However, on the day courts assembled only at 11.00 A.M. due to oath taking ceremony of a three new judges. Further the Hon’ble Justice first heard the matter in Division Bench and the number of cases listed before him as a Single Judge constituting special Bench were 49.As there was no likelihood of our case being reached for hearing on that day,the Hon’ble Court  on its own ordered listing of the matter for hearing on 20th January,2012 before the same Bench as a Regular matter.
In the meantime we request other units who have filed such cases at the various High Courts to take steps to get their cases being heard and developments if any in their cases may be communicated to us.
